Every menu is inspired by what can be discovered, gathered, and crafted, from foraged herbs and wild game to locally sourced produce and artisanal ingredients.

At Foraged, tradition meets modern technique. Rotating tasting menus highlight the richness of the North, while curated wine and spirit pairings deepen the journey. Whether savoring a tableside flourish, sharing in a family-style feast, or gathering for a celebratory holiday meal, guests are invited to experience winter as it was meant to be: embraced, honored, and savored.

The Feast of the Seven Fishes

Inspired by the Italian tradition of the Feast of the Seven Fishes, this elevated Chef’s Table is infused with the Foraged philosophy. Guests experience a luxurious seven-course tasting menu where Minnesota flavors, smoked preparations, foraged herbs, winter vegetables, are woven into a culinary journey that honors heritage while celebrating the season in style.

The Gilded Feast

Step into an evening of elegance and indulgence at The Gilded Feast, Foraged’s signature New Year’s Eve celebration. As the year draws to a close, guests will embark on a culinary journey. The multi-course Chef’s Tasting Menu features inspired preparations that highlight winter’s richness,  from earthy roots and wild herbs to delicate seafood and wood-fired finishes, each paired with curated wines and celebratory bubbles. Ring in the new year surrounded by candlelight, exceptional company, and the artistry of flavor that defines Foraged.
